Well I am bummed out! At 152 now for over a week. I think I have too many "set points"!!!! I am also getting real tired of cooking all the time. I really don't mind the cooking part it cleaning all the utensils. I have tried to find a fresh turkey breast to roast for a week now, no luck. I guess they grind all of them into turkey burger. I have looked at Thriftway, IGA, our local Kroger chain Dillons, and WalMart Superstore. I might be able to find a frozen turkey breast. ...
Starting out the first week of February at 152 that is down 6 lb. since Jan 2, 2008. Yaaaaaa!dance2 Have been eating the 1 minute muffin for breaky every morning a serving of protein at noon and evening and 1 1/2 cup veggies at noon and evening. If I still feel hungry in the evening I have a protein shake, the mix having 1 gram carb and using 1/4 cup half n half cut with water to make one cup.
Been doing pretty good this month. Weight this morning and was 154 that is 5 lbs. since the 2nd. I actually thought I could eat an apple once in a while....lol. Guess that just isn't going to happen until I am in maintenance. At this rate I should be to goal in 8 months.
I have only eaten 867 calories today according to fitday. I need more food but I don't know what I will eat. Maybe something from pumpkin. Sounds good. Pumpkin Pudding from canned pumpkin.

Doing well and feeling good. Mental attitude still positive. No cravings to speak of. It's strange when I think about chocolate candy I don't crave it like I usually do. I did make the 1 minute chocolate cake and DH and I shared it. It really hit the spot. Had a little dab of Land 'O Lakes Sugar Free Whipped cream on it. Mmmmmm. Darn I just remembered I forgot to bring my lunch of leftovers to work this morning.
